Sensum were engaged by SA Health to undertake investigations and prepare a report and feasibility study for the staff accommodation that offered SA Health a value for money approach through MMC.

The report provided a proposed programme, construction methodology and approach, along with a detailed procurement and delivery strategy. Sensum were then engaged for project delivery.
