Ryde Secondary College, siNSW

As part of the NSW Government's plan to rebuild essential services, the 2023-24 Budget is delivering a record $8.8 billion for new and upgraded schools. The project comprises a timber constructed two storey Pavilion (Class 9b building) with learning spaces, seminar spaces, fitness and staff facilities. It also includes an extension of the existing school sports court and landscape.

Sensum are providing project management services to support Ryde Secondary College with new Future Focused general learning areas (GLAs). Using our expertise, we are leading the project to enable the delivery of quick response classrooms utilising the ‘Pavilion’ model developed by SINSW which is based on sound DfMA and MMC principles.
