Girl Guides South Australia engaged Sensum to assist with feasibility advisory and delivery of 6 eco cabins on their Douglas Scrub property in the McLaren Vale region of South Australia. The cabins were developed as short-stay accommodation providing a revenue stream to support the ongoing operations of this important not-for-profit entity focused on the development and well-being of girls and young women in the South Australian community.

Sensum’s role included a national market sounding for suitable off-site manufacturable cabins, feasibility analysis, design development, planning approval, contractor procurement and superintendent services through until completion.
