Metro Community Housing provide long-term accommodation for people with low to moderate incomes throughout Sydney.

Sensum are engaged to support the Sloane Street project, involving the demolition of several existing structures and the construction of a new generation boarding house comprising of twelve boarding rooms, including two accessible boarding rooms, for a total of 12 lodgers.
